£1200 needed to furnish classrooms at Defecha Elementary School
Defecha Elementary School has a number of classrooms on its site with insufficient desks and chairs for the number of pupils who attend. In many classrooms the children frequently have to squash together in a way that makes writing very difficult indeed. In other classrooms the children sit on wooden benches but with no desks to write on. The provision of furniture is a real priority for them now.
