The event
This running festival offers all types of runners the opportunity to take part with a choice of five routes: 300m, 5k, 10k, a 26k half marathon, and a full 42.2km marathon. Plus, it is situated in Bath, and is a unique off-road run.
By taking part on behalf of Link Ethiopia, you will help us to continue our work in changing lives through education. With the money you raise you will help to improve schools, empower teachers, and ensure that all children can get a good education.

How much does it cost to take part?
Please see below for a breakdown of entry fees:
300m run: £3 affiliated & unaffiliated
5k: £9 affiliated; £10 unaffiliated
10k: £14 affiliated; £16 unaffiliated
Half Marathon: £26 affiliated; £28 unaffiliated
Marathon: £38 affiliated; £40 unafiliiated
Please note that there will be an extra £2 charge for tickets bought on the day.
What support will I receive?
Participants will receive a custom made medal, plus feeding station along the way (7 for the half marathon, 11 for the full marathon). You will also get a goody bag!
Run for Link Ethiopia and we will be on hand to give you the advice and information you need to achieve your fundraising goals. You will also get a spot in our hall of fame!
When and where does the event take place?
The challenge will take place during the August bank holiday weekend, from Saturday 29th August. It will begin in East London and end in Cambridge on Sunday 30th. Shuttle buses will be provided to Cambridge station.
What is the course like?

The route for the Half Marathon and Marathon is set to be hilly! Perfect if you’re looking to challenge yourself physically.
How much should I fundraise?
As entry into the event is self-funded, there will be no fundraising minimum. Raise as much as you can, and every penny will go towards our great projects in Ethiopia.
