Regional kit instructions
Teachers step-by-step guide to entry
Thank you for taking an interest in our SCORE ETHIOPIA campaign. We are sure that it will provide a fun and educational activity for your class. Please read the following entry instructions carefully.
To get started, read the instructions below and download the kit design entry form here, which can be photocopied for each pupil.
Instructions
- Please photocopy the Wash & Go SCORE ETHIOPIA entry form as many times as needed for every child. You can download the entry form here
- Ask the children to choose a kit and collar style (tick one of each) and create their own unique football kit. They can use any colours they wish, mixing and matching any kit template with any collar.
- Entries will be judged on creativity and imagination as well as design - so the more varied the entries the better! Designs can be created using coloured pencils, felt-tips, crayons, paints, chalk, coloured materials and anything else that you think is applicable.
- The children probably need little inspiration to get started, but it might be worthwhile asking them to consider the different cultures in Ethiopia and England and their respective football teams.
- The children must use one of the kit styles provided as the basis of their unique strip design. They can be creative in their colour scheme but any additional drawing on the kit design cannot be considered e.g. trees, footballs, animals.
- When the children have finished their designs please can you ensure that each entry detail is complete including childs name, age, school and region, as well as completing the all important tie-breaker.
Once all entries have been completed please post them all to:
